Every Passover seder includes symbolic food and rituals. Every step has purpose and meaning and acts to remind us of our days in Egypt.
Some rituals, such as maror (bitter herbs), are symbolic of the hardship, while others, such as eating while reclined and enjoying sumptuous meals, are to remind us of our freedom and aristocracy.
Herend's delicate, hand painted porcelain dishes symbolize the sublime aristocratic experience. We share with you a seder table laid entirely with Hered finery. Read on for details of our Herend giveaway - CookKosher

What a stunning table. Truly is eye candy. We will miss setting our Seder table this year but are looking forward to using our special Kos Eliyahu next year at home. Happy Cooking!
Gorgeous table! We use as our Kos Eliyahu one of the only surviving family heirlooms. It was given to my husband's mother's family. Engraved on it is the date in 1865 of the couple's 50th wedding anniversary! It is a gift from their shul. We all love using it!
Have liked on face book.
Absolutely exquisite table
We use mixed china given to us by my beloved mother-in-law. Always sense her presennce at our seders.
My in-laws use a Kos Eliyahu family heirloom from the 1800's. It will one day get passed down to my son!
we try to use no paper or plastic - only fine china
I liked your post on FB.
wwe have a ruby/diamond kos shel eliyahu
We use beautiful crystal bowls as candy bowls-filled with candy to keep the kids awake during the seder
We use a pair of candle holders that my husband's grandmother managed to smuggle out when the family escaped (6 kids at the time plus an infant) from Russia.
My silver frog salt and pepper shakers.
I typed in a recipe (Pineapple Dessert Sauce).
The k'arah, salt dish, and grape juice pitcher we had used at my grandparents seder and now use at my parents. Each piece brings up so many memories. They may not be the most beautiful, but the memories attached are.

This china is so perfect for spring. I use my grandmothers complete china set with it's beautiful turquoise and silver design only at Passover. My children help me set an elegant and special table each year. They say it is there favorite holiday of all.
A beautiful table and love the dishes! For our family seder table, we use a very special and meaningful simple silver kiddush bencher. This belonged to my husband's family and when they were deported from the ghetto on the last day of Passover, they gave it to a Christian family. After the war, they were able to get it back. This kiddush cup is over 150 years old and for us it symbolizes the continuation of the Jewish family and our traditions.
A very elegant table. It is so special to read how people have different things they use specifically for Pesach. My mother has a simple yet beautiful solid gold kiddush cup that was passed down to her and is used only seder night.
For our first ever seder at home after 6 yrs of marriage, we're going to use a seder plate from our wedding!
I just added the carrot muffin recipe, enjoy it!
Since I am being spoiled by my grandparents this year, I am not making my own Seder. But just for fun (and cuz I am totally going to win that Herend dish)I am including some of my Pesach favorite foods...
1. Chicken and veggie eggrolls
2. My Mom's nut torte (the fudgiest, yummiest kind)
3. Griven (the fatty fried chicken stuff)
4. Oven roasted spicy potatoes
YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
We use a beautiful silver ke'arah given to us as a gift from my parents..many years before actually making our own seder!

We kasher all of our silver for Pesach, and as was traditional in my parents home, we display all of our silver on the table. Of course we use the pieces that are appropo for the seder. My favorite display item is a magnificent silver tea set, the tray of which is so large, it has held a baby at a pidyon haben.
Wow beautiful table . Love the butterflies on the China!
Beautiful china. I especially like the serving piece with the stand. Thanks for the giveaway and Chag Kasher v'Sameach!
We use small white dishes for the simanim on the kaarah from my grandfather who passed away many years ago, that i never met. it is insignificant in size, but the connection feels strong, using something for our seder that he used every year for his...
We have a few different crystal decanters that we have on our seder table. We use them for all the different wines and diff flavors of grape juice that we have. They really enhance the Seder table!
