As a recipe collector I can never have enough cookbooks or recipes. Once in a while when my mother comes for a visit she takes a look at my collection of food magazine and she faints (okay, she doesn't faint, but I she looks like she will.) As a dutiful daughter I sadly divide my pile and hand her half of it to throw out. We laugh about it and my mother always tells me that she's not too worried. I'll have a new stack of magazines by the next time she comes for a visit.
One day while shopping at a kosher supermarket I saw the first issue of Bitayavon magazine. I bought it and spent the next 20 minuets in my car with the motor running reading it from cover to cover. That night I emailed Shifra Klein the editor to compliment her on a beautiful magazine.
It's a full food magazine with photos, fabulous recipes and loads of interesting articles. And I can't wait to share it with everyone.
