INGREDIENTS













  • 4 litre water










  • 1 (1½ lb) chicken










  • ¾ cup rice










  • 1 Tbsp salt










  1. Boil the chicken in a 4 quart pot filled with water for 45 minutes, medium flame.



  2. Add rice and salt and simmer for 45 minutes.



  3. Check after 45 minutes for desired thickness. Be sure the bottom isn't burning



  4. Shred the chicken, and add it back into the soup. Enjoy!
