
This is a good substitute for pasta sauce, it has almost all of your daily needs for vitamin A, and it's super addictive! This is also a great way to sneak in those veggies for the little ones.
A great flavor booster would be to roast the carrots in the oven or grill them if you can and to use raw garlic if you don't mind the it's pungent flavor.

INGREDIENTS
1½ cup Water
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Ground Cumin
½ Tbsp Onion Powder
½ Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 cup Dry Bread Cubes or Croutons
1 lb Raw Carrots, chopped
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1½-2 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
Place the first eight ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
While the blender is still running drizzle in the oil and blend until incorporated.
Turn the blender off and stir in the rosemary. Season with salt and pepper if neccesary.
