This classic,yet delicious recipe is a winner at every meal!!!!
200 gram good quality pareve chocolate
2 Tbsp sugar
300 ml pareve whip
- pinch salt
1 Tbsp cherry liquor
Melt chocolate in double broiler.
Beat egg whites with salt and sugar.
In another bowl, whip pareve whip till stiff and add yolks and liquor.
Mix in melted chocolate.
Fold whites into chocolate mixture.
Pour into individual dessert cups.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hrs before serving.
