INGREDIENTS













  • 3 eggs










  • 3 Tbsp cold water










  • 3 Tbsp oil










  • ¾ cup matzoh meal










  • 1 tsp salt










  • 0 pinch plack pepper










  • 1 tsp baking powder










  1. Place all wet ingredients in bowl and mix with fork.



  2. Slowly add matzah meal.(You may find that u need to add a little more matzah meal inorder to get the right consistency.) Consistency should be moist but not runny.<br />



  3. If you want the matzah balls to grow in soup then add the baking powder.



  4. Set aside in fridge for an hour.



  5. Once soup has reached boiling point, wet hands and roll out balls, gentley dropping them into the soup.

i loved this recipe, they were just as i like them without taking time to seperate the yolks from the whites. Well described and easy to follow directions. Thanks for the quick shabbas knaidel recipe.
