Dougie's bbq is famous for it's fun party food. Here is the egg roll recipe I clipped out from a magazine.
1 lb sauerkraut cabbage
1 onion, diced
- vegetable oil
5 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp soy sauce
⅛ tsp ginger
⅛ tsp black pepper
1 tsp mustard powder
6 oz deli pastrami, chopped into small pieces
Heat oil in a frying pot.
Separately sate the sauerkraut, and onion in a small amount of vegetable oil, until limp.
Add all the other ingredients and cook for 3 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
Fill egg roll according to package directions. Deep fry and serve with dijon mustard and duck sauce for dipping.
