Dougie's bbq is famous for it's fun party food. Here is the egg roll recipe I clipped out from a magazine.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 lb sauerkraut cabbage










  • 1 onion, diced










  • - vegetable oil










  • 5 tsp sugar










  • 2 tsp salt










  • 1-2 tsp soy sauce










  • ⅛ tsp ginger










  • ⅛ tsp black pepper










  • 1 tsp mustard powder










  • 6 oz deli pastrami, chopped into small pieces










  1. Heat oil in a frying pot.



  2. Separately sate the sauerkraut, and onion in a small amount of vegetable oil, until limp.



  3. Add all the other ingredients and cook for 3 minutes. Set aside and let cool.



  4. Fill egg roll according to package directions. Deep fry and serve with dijon mustard and duck sauce for dipping.
