INGREDIENTS













  • 2 lb ground beef










  • ½ cup chopped onion










  • 2 cup soft breadcrumbs










  • 2 eggs










  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley










  • 2 tsp salt










  • 2 Tbsp Margarine










  • 10 oz apricot preserves










  • ½ cup barbecue sauce










  1. Combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt; mix lightly.



  2. Shape into meatballs. (You decide whether to make them larger or smaller)



  3. Brown in margarine; drain



  4. Place in casserole dish.



  5. Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; pour over meatballs.



  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
