Baked Meatballs with an Apricot/Chutney Glaze. YUM YUM YUM
2 lb ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
2 cup soft breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Margarine
10 oz apricot preserves
½ cup barbecue sauce
Combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt; mix lightly.
Shape into meatballs. (You decide whether to make them larger or smaller)
Brown in margarine; drain
Place in casserole dish.
Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
