A perfect quick and easy dessert in a pie crust. I make it once and keep them in my freezer. Whenever I need a dessert or I'm looking to send something over to a neighbor I pull one out.
2 (8 oz) non dairy whip
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
20 chocolate sandwich cookies - preferably blooms
3 chocolate graham pie crusts
Whip up the non dairy whip topping. Gradually add the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla sugar.
In a zip lock bag , crush the cookies and add to the whip very slowly.
Pour mixture into the 3 pie crusts. You can decorate it with additional half cut sandwiches cookies around the edges of the pie.
