Easy hot tomato dip. I make it every week and its gone by the end of shabbos.

INGREDIENTS













  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped










  • ¾ cup light olive oil










  • 1 tsp salt










  • 1 Tbsp red s'chug










  • 2 cloves garlic










  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender.



  2. Blend until creamy.
