INGREDIENTS













  • 1 9'' pie crust










  • 1 pack fresh pastrami, chopped










  • 2 chicken breasts, thinned










  • - cooked mashed potatoes










  • - sauteed onions










  • - Tbsp Dressing:










  • 3 mayonnaise










  • 3 Tbsp ketchup










  • 3 Tbsp mustard










  • 2 Tbsp duck sauce










  • 1 Tbsp honey










  • 1 Tbsp apricot jam










  • - salt and black pepper to taste










  1. Place chopped pastrami into the pie crust, covering the bottom.



  2. Mix dressing ingredients and dip cutlets to coat. Place on top of pastrami and fully cover.



  3. Mix potatoes with sauteed onions. Place on top of cutlets and flatten to cover. Egg wash potatoes and sprinkle corn flakes crumbs. Cover and bake on 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.
