INGREDIENTS

4 Eggs

1 cup Flour

1 cup Oil

1 cup Sugar

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

5 Apples

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix the eggs and sugar .

Add oil, flour and baking powder.

Grate apples.

Pour the mixture into a round tin and alternate mixture and then apples etc

Bake for 1 hour.

I tried this kugel for Shabbos and it is very easy to make. I actually cut the recipe in half because I didn't need such a large kugel. I made the batter and apples but to give this recipe my own twist, I threw on some crumbs on to the top. (1/2 stick margarine, 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup sugar). This picture posted is what my kugel looked like! It tasted great!
