INGREDIENTS













  • - Asian BBQ Salmon:










  • 2 Salmon fillets, cuted into 2''










  • ½ cup Glicks Western Grill BBQ Sauce










  • 2 tsp teriyaki sauce










  • 2 tsp oil










  • ½ tsp garlic powder










  • - sesame seeds, for garnish










  • - SALAD










  • - romaine lettuce










  • - cucumbers, cut into half moons










  • - freshly squeezed lemon juice










  • - oil










  • - salt and black pepper to taste










  1. To prepare the fish, combine the sauce ingredients and place in a ziploc bag. Add fish and marinate for half hour. hour.



  2. Place fish on greased baking pan and bake on 350 for 10-12 minutes.



  3. Combine salad ingredients. Add lemon juice, oil and spices to taste.



  4. To assemble:Place salad on a plate, top with fish and sprinkle sesame seeds.
