Nothing like smoked salmon!
- Asian BBQ Salmon:
2 Salmon fillets, cuted into 2''
Â½ cup Glicks Western Grill BBQ Sauce
2 tsp teriyaki sauce
2 tsp oil
Â½ tsp garlic powder
- sesame seeds, for garnish
- romaine lettuce
- cucumbers, cut into half moons
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- salt and black pepper to taste
To prepare the fish, combine the sauce ingredients and place in a ziploc bag. Add fish and marinate for half hour. hour.
Place fish on greased baking pan and bake on 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Combine salad ingredients. Add lemon juice, oil and spices to taste.
To assemble:Place salad on a plate, top with fish and sprinkle sesame seeds.
