This is delicous and easy!
1 Tbsp oil
1 onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups rice
12 oz frozen broccoli florets or any mixed vegetables
1 (8 oz) can mushrooms, liquid reserved
3 cup water
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp paprika
Â½ Tbsp black pepper
In a pot add oil and saute onion and garlic until transparent.
Add rice and saute for another 6-7 minutes. Pour rice mixture into a pan. Add florets and mushrooms and mix to combine.
Cook water, and reserved liquid until it boils. And spices and let cook until combined.
Pour over rice mixture. Cover and bake on 350 for 30-401/2 minutes until rice is soft.
