Delicious and easy chicken - perfect for Shabbos or during the week!
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
- chicken cutlets
- soy sauce
Â˝ cup ketchup
Â˝ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
Mix eggs with a little bit of soy sauce. Dip chicken cutlets into eggs and then the flour. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes, covered.
Saute the onions and peppers (feel free to add in any other vegetables too). Add in the ketchup, brown sugar and teriyaki sauce. Mix well and heat.
Pour the vegetables and sauce over the chicken and bake 20 minutes, covered.
