INGREDIENTS













  • 4 chicken cutlets










  • 12 Tbsp mayonnaise










  • 4 Tbsp honey










  • 4 Tbsp mustard










  • - cornflakes cereal










  1. Cut the cutlets into nuggets, Mix the mayo, honey, and mustard in a bowl. Set aside.



  2. Place the cornflakes in a bag and crush. (If you're short on time you can use cornflake crumbs.)



  3. Dunk the cutlets into the mayo mixture and then coat in cornflakes.



  4. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.

I don't usually like cutlets because I find them tough and dry, but these were soft and delicious!

These were good, but I found them a bit bland in flavor. I would recommend using a spicy or sweet & sour dipping sauce if you make this for an extra kick of flavor.

This chicken was one of the easiest to prepare and make.
My family loved it and it was so so crispy.
I served the leftover honey mustard dressing for a dipping sauce for the chicken and it was the delicous!!!
