Deliciously moist and tasty. You can thread the nuggets onto a skewer for a prettier presentation or just bake as is.
4 chicken cutlets
12 Tbsp mayonnaise
4 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp mustard
- cornflakes cereal
Cut the cutlets into nuggets, Mix the mayo, honey, and mustard in a bowl. Set aside.
Place the cornflakes in a bag and crush. (If you're short on time you can use cornflake crumbs.)
Dunk the cutlets into the mayo mixture and then coat in cornflakes.
Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
