INGREDIENTS
6-8 pieces salmon fillet
2 Tbsp oil
3 onions, sliced
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup white wine
½ cup water
3 bay leaves
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Saute the onions in the oil until soft. Add the salt and brown sugar. Cover and cook on a low flame for 20 minutes.
Add everything besides for the salmon. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the fish. Cook for 30 minutes.
