INGREDIENTS













  • 6-8 pieces salmon fillet










  • 2 Tbsp oil










  • 3 onions, sliced










  • ¾ cup brown sugar










  • ½ cup white wine










  • ½ cup water










  • 3 bay leaves










  • ½ cup sugar










  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice










  1. Saute the onions in the oil until soft. Add the salt and brown sugar. Cover and cook on a low flame for 20 minutes.



  2. Add everything besides for the salmon. Cook for a few minutes.



  3. Add the fish. Cook for 30 minutes.
