INGREDIENTS













  • 1½ lb ground beef










  • 3 Tbsp ketchup










  • ½ tsp soy sauce










  • ¼ tsp black pepper










  • ½ tsp garlic powder










  • 1-2 Tbsp parsley flakes










  • 3 eggs










  • ¼ cup wheat germ/ bread crumbs










  • - Sauce:










  • 16 oz tomato sauce










  • 16 oz water










  • 3 Tbsp ketchup










  • ¼ cup sugar










  • 1 pinch black pepper










  1. Bring all sauce ingredient to a boil.



  2. Combine meat mixture. Form into balls



  3. Drop balls into boiling sauce. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.



  4. Serve over your favorite pasta.

I apologize for not posting until now since tonight was the third time i made this delicious recipe! (doubled it, shared some with my sister, and froze two containers!) I was looking for a good meatball recipe for a while and was so excited when i tried this one and loved the results! The parsley gives it a great taste! Thank you- delicious!
