INGREDIENTS

1½ lb ground beef

3 Tbsp ketchup

½ tsp soy sauce

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

1-2 Tbsp parsley flakes

3 eggs

¼ cup wheat germ/ bread crumbs

- Sauce:

16 oz tomato sauce

16 oz water

3 Tbsp ketchup

¼ cup sugar

1 pinch black pepper

Bring all sauce ingredient to a boil.

Combine meat mixture. Form into balls

Drop balls into boiling sauce. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Serve over your favorite pasta.

I apologize for not posting until now since tonight was the third time i made this delicious recipe! (doubled it, shared some with my sister, and froze two containers!) I was looking for a good meatball recipe for a while and was so excited when i tried this one and loved the results! The parsley gives it a great taste! Thank you- delicious!
