INGREDIENTS

4 small onions

3 eggs

1 cup flour

- bread crumbs

- oil for frying

Peel the onions cut them in 1/4 inch rings

Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk

Pour the flour into a bowl and dip each ring into the flour mixture.

When your done dipping each ring in the flour mixture add the 3 eggs into the flour and mix till it gets thick.

5.take the floured rings and redip them into the flour and egg mix.

Put them on a rack over the sink and let the rings drip.

Dip them in bread crumb. Fry the rings till gets golden brown.

Heat the oil in deep pot wait till gets really hot and fry the rings till gets golden brown.

Although it seems like a patchka maybe a bit but it definetly pays for the outcome. It was devine it went like candy!!! i served it with spicy mayo so it added alot to the taste.

Delicious!! I made them next to hamburgers and it went really well together. Just make sure the onions are thin enough so it gets fried through. Enjoy!!
