A Wonderful Dish. Can be a side dish on Shabbos or even a weekday meal on its own. (Recipe calls for 1/2 c of meat, more can be added as desired)

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 Tbsp Margarine (Divided)










  • 2 Eggs - beaten










  • ¼ cup Chopped Onion










  • 2 cup Cooked Rice










  • ½ cup Leftover Meat or Chicken (cut into cubes)










  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce










  1. Melt 1TB margarine in skillet or wok



  2. Pour eggs into pan and cook, making scrambled eggs



  3. When cooked through, remove eggs from pan and set aside



  4. Melt the 2nd TB of Margarine in skillet or wok



  5. Saute onions for about 3-5 min



  6. Add eggs, onions, rice and meat to skillet or wok. Mix well



  7. Stir in Soy Sauce until color of the rice is uniform.



  8. Heat only Until Warm
