What makes this fish different from all others is that it has panko/ bread crumbs, which give the fish a wonderful crispy taste. Best of all, it's baked. Very easy recipe with 4 ingredients. My company loved this and I got many requests for the recipe. DELICIOUS!

As I'm reading your recipe, I'm preparing my typical Wednesday night dinner: baked salmon with a honey mustard sauce. Tonight, though, I'm adding the panko flakes! Thanks so much for the new twist.
