INGREDIENTS
1 lb boneless chicken breast- cut into small pieces
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup snow peas
½ cup sliced portabella mushrooms- optional
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp crushed fresh ginger
1 lb flat linguine pasta- cooked
Place all the vegetables on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
Place the raw chicken pieces on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle over the soy sauce and spices.
Place cooked noodles on top. Cover the pan and bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour on 374F.
