
I must say this soup takes time and patience to prepare, but dont hesitate its the best I ever tasted. It makes a lot and freezes great. It's a winter warming soup. (For even better taste just add your simple nukalach/dumplings).

INGREDIENTS
1 cup lima beans
¾ cup split pea
5 carrots
4 stalks celery
3 colorabi
2 parsnip
4 squash
2 sweet potato
1 head celery
1 onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Grate 1 carrot, 1 squash and the onion into a big pot and cook for 5 min.
Peel and dice all of the vegatabels and add to the pot.
Cook for 10 minutes and then fill the pot with water and cook for 2 hours or longer .
Place the lima beans and split pea in a pot of water cook for 1/2 hour.
Add the beans to the soup.
Bring the soup to a boil then lower the flame and let it cook.
