Garlic Roasted String Beans
3 cup Fresh String Beans
2 Tbsp Crushed Garlic
1 pinch Salt
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ cup Sliced almonds / Optional
Using fresh string beans: Wash and snip off the ends. Place in baking sheet, toss in the oil and mix. Throw over the almonds, garlic and salt. Bake on 400 Degrees for 15-20 min. for it to be crunchy. (if you like it softer you can add more oil)
This is is also very good in a wok as a Stir fry.
