INGREDIENTS













  • ½ cup milk










  • 4 Tbsp cream cheese










  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract










  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon










  • 1 cup ice cubes










  • ½ cup freshly cooked white rice (at room temperature)










  1. Using a blender, mix the milk, cream cheese, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth.



  2. Add ice cubes and blend until slushy.



  3. Add the rice and pulse for 5-10 seconds.



  4. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
