Moist, easy, flavorful!
2 lemons, juiced and zested
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
8 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ cup oil
0 salt and pepper to taste
8 pieces chicken
Place lemon juice, zest, pasley, garlic and oil in a ziploc bag.
Add chicken and massage the marinade into the chicken.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours to get maximum flavor.
Place chicken, marinade in baking pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper and bake uncovered at 375 until cooked through
