INGREDIENTS













  • 12 eggs










  • 3 cup flour










  • 3 cup milk










  • 3 Tbsp sugar










  • 12 oz sour cream










  • 0 pinch salt










  • 2 lb farmers cheese










  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened










  • 2 vanilla sugars










  • 3 egg yolks










  • 1 gram sugar










  1. wisk together eggs, flour, milk, sugar, sour cream. let sit for at least 15 minutes.



  2. Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat.spray with cooking spray. Add 1/4 cup batter, tilting the pan to evenly cover or spread out in a circle. Cook until just set and browned, about 1 to 2 minutes. Flip and cook a few more seconds



  3. For the filling: Combine farmers cheese, cream cheese, vanilla sugars, yolks and sugar in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. (Can be made up to 1 day ahead.)
