Can be used as a weekday dairy dinner or, in its pareve form, the fish course for shabbos. To create a dish with lower carbs, chuck the pie crust. It is just as tasty in a greased round or square pan.
2 red onions
1 (15 oz) can salmon, red or pink
¼ cup mayonaise
1 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup milk or soy milk
½ pie crust, optional
Saute onions and place in pie crust or greased round or square pan.
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the onions.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
