Can be used as a weekday dairy dinner or, in its pareve form, the fish course for shabbos. To create a dish with lower carbs, chuck the pie crust. It is just as tasty in a greased round or square pan.

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 red onions










  • 1 (15 oz) can salmon, red or pink










  • ¼ cup mayonaise










  • 1 Tbsp mustard










  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice










  • 2 eggs










  • ½ cup milk or soy milk










  • ½ pie crust, optional










  1. Saute onions and place in pie crust or greased round or square pan.



  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the onions.



  3. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
