Not too difficult but soo yummy! This was requested again for Purim seuda :)

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (10) piece package of large egg roll wrappers










  • 1 can of sauerkraut, drained well










  • 2 pieces of pastrami per egg roll










  • ½ tsp deli style mustard










  • 1 cup vegetable oil










  1. 1. Spread deli mustard over one side of egg roll wrapper.



  2. 2 Place sauerkraut and pastrami in the center of the egg roll wrapper. Fold two parallel sides in, then roll the other way. Use a little water to seal the edges.



  3. 3. In a large frying pan, heat oil on high heat. Fry each egg roll until golden brown, better to put the edge-side down first.



  4. 4. Serve warm with duck sauce on the side (optional).
