Can be made while preparing other things for Shabbos and takes almost no time.
12 oz any size Lokshin (noodles)
6 large eggs
3 onions - sauteed (optional)
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp black Pepper
Boil lokshin as per package directions
Drain lokshin in colander and allow to cool a bit (if time allows)
Mix all other ingredients together (onions can be blended if desired) using a whisk
Whisk lokshin into the rest of the kugel
Bake covered for 45 minutes at 450F. Can uncover for the last 15 minutes for a crispy top.
