INGREDIENTS













  • 7 eggs










  • 3 cup flour










  • 3 cup milk










  • ½ cup sugar










  • 3 vanilla










  • ½ cup oil










  • ⅛ tsp salt










  • 1 cup water










  • - Cheese Filling recipe:










  • 8 oz plain cream cheese










  • 1½ lb farmer cheese










  • 8 oz sour cream










  • ½ cup sugar










  • 1 vanilla










  • ⅓ cup milk










  1. Beat eggs, add flour, and mix well.



  2. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well till smooth without any lumps.



  3. Warm oil in frying oan and make crepes.
