
My sister in law once aked me to make this salad for a party a few years back. I haven't stopped making it since. This salad tastes great with meat or chicken; it has a sweet and tangy dressing which adds a lot of flavor to it.

INGREDIENTS
10 oz Mushrooms
1 Package Lettuce
20 Grape Tomatoes
1 cup Croutons
6 oz Honey Glazed Almonds
¼ cup Oil
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Ketchup
⅓ cup Mayo
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Fresh Garlic crushed
¼ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Mustard
Saute the mushrooms in a pot for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile wash the lettuce and tomatoes and place it in a salad bowl. (optional to cut the tomatoes in half)
Add the almonds and the sauted mushrooms to the bowl.
Place all the dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix by hand or hand blender to get a really smooth texture.
Pour over lettuce and serve.
