
These pita chips are super easy, super quick and super tasty. I make them for lunch, supper or snack and serve with dips like guacamole, salsa, chumus... You can even use it with a starter.

INGREDIENTS
2 Pitas
1 tsp Rosemary (dried)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or Oregano)
- pinch salt
- Olive oil
Preheat the oven too 500. Cut open up the pocket of the pitas then pile them together and cut into 8ths (like a pizza pie)
Spread the chips onto a pan and drizzle over with olive oil and the spices. Mix it all up and lay the chips out evenly (outside of the pita side down is best).
Bake until golden and just starting to get well done at the edge. This takes quick so keep an eye on it. Serve with dips or just eat plain
