1-2-3, contains no eggs so allergy friendly. Very light. Can double to fit in 9x13 pan
1½ cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
5 Tbsp Cocoa
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Water
½ cup Oil
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp Vinegar
Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine contents of both bowls and mix with wooden spoon. Small lumps are okay.
Pour into 7 or 8 inch round or square pan. Tap on counter to remove air bubbles. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
