INGREDIENTS













  • 1½ cup Flour










  • 1 cup Sugar










  • 5 Tbsp Cocoa










  • ½ tsp Salt










  • 1 cup Water










  • ½ cup Oil










  • 2 tsp Vanilla










  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar










  1. Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.



  2. Combine contents of both bowls and mix with wooden spoon. Small lumps are okay.



  3. Pour into 7 or 8 inch round or square pan. Tap on counter to remove air bubbles. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
