This is an easy to make and very yummy banana bread.
1 cup Sugar
1 stick of margarine (or butter)
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 cup Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Dash of Salt
3 ripe bananas
Preheat oven to 350*F. Lightly grease and flour a loaf or muffin pan.
Beat the sugar and margarine with an electric mixer. When creamy, add the eggs, baking soda, flour, vanilla, and salt. Mash the bananas with a fork (kids LOVE to help with this step). Mix in the mashed bananas.
Bake for about 18-22 minutes. (Baking time will vary depending on your oven and which pan you use.)
