A word of advice, don't make this too far in advance from when you need it. If family members find it,it will be gone!
16 oz coffee whitener
3 Tbsp flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup peanut butter
⅔ cup chocolate chips
16 oz whip
2 pie crusts
Boil the coffee whitener. Add the flour and mix until smooth.
Add the sugar and remove from the flame.
Add the peanut butter and mix well.
Remove 1/5 of this mixture and set aside in the fridge.
Add the chocolate chips to the remaining peanut butter mixture and stir until the chocolate has melted.
Pour into the pie crusts and put in the freezer to set.
Once the pies have set, beat the whip with the reserved 1/5 of peanut butter and pour over the hardened chocolate.
Put it back in the freezer to reset.
