A recipe request. I never actually made it but it sounds like a good idea if you can't find a worcetershire sauce that does not contain traces of fish.

INGREDIENTS













  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar










  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce










  • 2 Tbsp water










  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar










  • ¼ tsp ground ginger










  • ¼ tsp dry mustard










  • ¼ tsp onion powder










  • ¼ tsp garlic powder










  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon










  • ⅛ tsp pepper










  1. Place all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil while you stir constantly.



  2. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes.



  3. Cool and refrigerate.
