This salad dressing is fantastic! I add it to the following recipe, but feel free to use any combination of vegetables that you prefer. The dressing keeps fresh for a few days in the refrigerater. I like to serve this salad alongside the eggs on Shabbos or with a fish dish. For those weight conscious people, you can use a sugar substitute- I like the taste with real sugar.

FANTASTIC TASTING DRESSING! Made this salad and loved it. This dressing goes very well with all vegetables and stayed fresh in the refrigerator for a couple of days. This will definitely be added to my salad recipes.
