Really easy dinner to make. Just a few minutes of sauteing the onion, I made the sauce while onion was sauteing and cut up the chicken breast. Was surprised that the chicken was actually fully cooked in 20 min but it was! Served w/ near east couscous and dinner was on the table in 30 min.

Loved the fact that it was easy. I prepared it hours before and stuck it in the oven 1/2 before dinner. I baked it a full 30 minutes.
