Complaining to my friend Friday afternoon that I still needed to make dessert, she gave me this really quick recipe.Left with nothing to loose, I threw the ingredients together and hoped for the best.I pleasently surprised to discover how heaven they are! The outside of the cake is baked while the inside has melted chocolate.I make them in large, round muffin tins. Make sure to serve them warm.
6 small cakes
1 (8 oz) semi sweet bar of chocolate
¾ (4 oz) stick of margarine
½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Melt chocolate and margarine together in pot over low flame. Stir until very smooth.
Add the flour,sugar,and salt to the chocolate in the pot. Mix everything together.
Add the four eggs to the pot.and mix.
Refridgerate mixture for 40 minutes
Pour mixture into little round pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.
