
These whole-wheat muffins are absolutely delicious- you would hardly believe they are whole-wheat. They are hardy muffins; good for breakfst or a filling snack. That's why we used to make these in seminary all the time- hence the name! They are really quite simple to make.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup oatmeal
3 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
2½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt
2½ tsp vanilla sugar
3 eggs
⅔ cup oil
1⅔ cup apple sauce
1⅔ cup light brown sugar
3½ tsp cinnamon
1 package of black or white chocolate chips
Mix all ingriedents together in a large bowl.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
