The first time I made this recipe I was skeptical. How could chicken ever taste as good as real milichig, creamy fettuchini? But you know what, this recipe came really really close!
1 chicken cutlets
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp flour
1 pinch black pepper
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1¼ cup hot water
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch onion powder
Cut the chicken cutlet into bite size chunks. Fry the pieces in oil with chopped garlic until the chicken pieces are white.
To make the sauce combine all the rest of the ingredients. BE CAREFUL - to dissolve the 2 tbsp of flour in a drop of very cold water. I even suggest putting a ice cube in the water to make a thick white liquid.
When the sauce is combined and the chicken is cooked,mix the two together and serve over spaghetti.
