This recipe belongs to my mother in law. Its her famous cake. Not only because she makes it all the time, but because its just so good!

INGREDIENTS













  • 4 eggs










  • 2 cup sugar










  • 1 vanilla pudding










  • ¼ cup amaretto liquer










  • ¼ cup vodka










  • ¾ cup orange juice










  • ½ cup oil










  • 2 cup flour










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  • 1 cup confectioners sugar










  • 1 tsp amaretto liquer










  • 1 tsp vodka










  • 1 tsp orange juice










  1. Mix the first 9 ingredients together and mix well.



  2. Pour into a prepared baking pan and bake at 350* for 40 - 45 minutes. Be sure not to over bake this cake.



  3. Once the cake has cooled, prepare the last four ingredients to form a glaze. Pour evenly over the cooled cake and serve.
