This crunchy, sweet coleslaw has an Asian flair that makes it a nice change from the usual cabbage salad.
1 bag shredded "angel hair" cabbage
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
½ cup crispy rice noodles
6 Tbsp white vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ tsp black pepper
Toss the cabbage, sesame seeds and rice noodles in a salad bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a cruet and shake well.
Pour over the salad and toss to coat.
