I love pizza, but wanted a healthier option when I got pregnant with my first. Now my daughter is 10 years old, and I've been making it ever since. Put your own favorite cheeses and toppings. My kids love tomatoes, fried onions, and extra cheese.
1 envelope of quick-rising yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
1½ Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
2¼ cup whole wheat water
Dissolve yeast in water, stir.
Add oil, salt, and flour.
Mix thoroughly, and knead until dough is elastic. Keep kneading for another 2 minutes.
Cover bowl of dough with a damp towel and let rest for 5 minutes. Dough is now ready to use.
