Personally, I was never a 'meatball fan'. But when my friend gave me this recipe ranting and raving, I decided to try it one night for supper. I was more than pleasantly surprised- they were really good! I make a whole package of meat at a time, serving half the amount that night and freezing the rest for another supper. Don't forget the meatballs' partner- a plate of spaghetti.
