This recipe is a real winner! I get phone calls for it all the time. It's really simple to make and tastes fabulous! You can make it as a pie or in individual ramekins. The only drawback is that it needs to be baked fresh. Remove it from the oven, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and voila - one fabulous dessert!

INGREDIENTS













  • 1½ cup flour










  • ½ tsp salt










  • ¼ tsp baking soda










  • 1 (4 oz) stick of margarine










  • ½ cup brown sugar










  • ½ cup sugar










  • 2 eggs










  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar










  • 1 cup chocolate chips










  1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add the eggs.



  2. Add the dry ingredients.



  3. Add chocolate chips at the end.



  4. I scoop out the dough into ramekins now and place it in the freezer. You can make it as a pie as well.



  5. Twenty minutes before you are ready to serve bake it at 350. (A pie would need longer.) Watch it carefully as some ovens work differently. Don't over-bake it!



  6. Add vanilla ice cream on top and serve! Watch the ramekins though they stay quite hot!

I didn't actually make the recipe, but I ate it at a party I attended. I actually ate 2 1/2 of them. I stopped eating half of the 3rd when a friend dug in her spoon and finished the rest. The photo I shot with my phone just before it was stolen from me.
