INGREDIENTS













  • 2¼ tsp yeast










  • 1½ cup warm water










  • 1 tsp sugar










  • 2½ tsp salt










  • 4 cup flour










  1. Let the yeast rise in the warm water in a large bowl.



  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the yeast mixture. Knead until thoroughly mixed.



  3. Let it rise in an oiled bowl for 1-1 1/2 hours



  4. Shape the dough into fat logs.



  5. Brush with water.



  6. Let it rise for another 20-30 minutes.



  7. Bake at 475 for 20-25 minutes
