This recipe is extemely easy to prepare. You just have to leave enough time for the puff pastry to thaw.
1 pkg. frozen puff pastry, thawed
½ jar strawberry preserves (or fruit preserve of your choice)
1 whipped cream
On a floured surface, cut pastry into 3 inch squares. Top each square with a teaspoon of preserves.
Bake according to puff pastry directions until puffed and golden brown
Wait until they cool then serve with whipped cream on top.
